Overview:
The heated fluidized bed dryer is a new type of drying technology developed on the basis of conventional fluidized bed drying and indirect heating. The heat exchanger immersed in the fluidized drying materials, the material required for dehydration of heat from the tube heat exchanger and fluidized hot air to provide a smaller amount of air to meet the requirements of fluidization and drying. Since most of the heat is provided by the built-in heat exchanger, hot air is mainly used as a power medium to ensure normal fluidization, which is much lower than the amount of hot air required for conventional fluidized bed dryers, with significant power consumption and exhaust heat loss cut back.
